Well the snow is melting, and the temperatures are a little bit warmer. Instead of being in the teens, it's close to 40 degrees. It will be colder again soon, but the kids were able to get outside for a little while today.

Friday Tad was off work due to the snow and he did schoolwork with Drennan and Micah. Drennan was supposed to start memorizing a poem in one of his subjects, but Tad suggested instead that he memorize a Bible verse.

So I found a website that lists short Bible verses for kids to memorize. Here is the first one for this week. The kids each got the verse on paper to color. We'll put them on the wall until we're ready for the next one.
