When you're at the beach for a week with not a lot to do you have some free time to come up with some goofy ideas.
It was too hot during the afternoons to go down to the beach so the boys (and girl) spent most of that time on the wrap-around porch of the house.

Tad took some shots one afternoon before a storm came and it was really windy.




We had some watercolor paints that the kids were painting seashells with. Micah and Tad got the idea to do some face painting with them and, of course, Lila had to get in on it. I told Tad not to put too much on her.


Micah on the other hand wanted a lot and Tad just kept putting the paint on. Thank goodness it was watercolors. It washed right off.
